These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out in general terms the terms and conditions between YACHTii LIMITED (“us/we/our”) and all users of services by Us (“you/your”) and who use our website  (the “Site”).  Individuals seeking employment opportunities (“Candidate(s)”) and potential employers (“Employers”) shall upon registration be granted access to a  private area on the Site and an individual Registration Form must be completed by Candidates and full terms and conditions agreed by clicking the “accept” button on that site, or for Employers access to pro forma service agreements as between us and you.


YACHTii LIMITED is a company having its registered office at 48 Chancery Lane, London, United Kingdom, and with registered number 10303675 and VAT registration number 249622192.

We are in business of introducing owners, managing agents and employers of large yachts (the “Employer(s)”) suitable and properly qualified Candidates for work on-board such yachts and related services (the “Services”).

Pursuant to such Services we will hold on our Site certain information pertaining to both Candidates and Employers for the sole purpose of procuring suitable Candidates for employment aboard large yachts were vacancies have arisen.

By accessing this Site you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and upon formal registration those conditions specifically applicable for Candidates and the agreements  between us and an Employer (the “Service Agreements”).

We are not an employer and it is explicitly accepted that any introduction that is made for a Candidate to meet with a potential Employer is not an offer of employment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to partake in the Services we can provide.

Candidates should never provide social security information, credit card or bank details to a potential Employer until a formal contract of employment is entered into.

Upon successful registration we will provide you with log in details and other information to allow access to the Employers/Candidates areas of the Site.

Candidates shall provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested upon registration to enable us to procure the most appropriate employment opportunities.  Candidates must update us if any information provided requires updating or amending..

By allowing access to the Site you undertake not to attempt to modify, adapt or disrupt the safe working of the Site and its associated sub-sites and areas.

You should acquaint yourself with our privacy policy in these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to alter/modify these Terms at any time and should such modification be made we shall notify you via the email address provided upon registration and post any update to the Site.

We reserve the right to remove any postings that we, in our sole discretion consider offensive, defamatory or might damage our reputation and goodwill.

 We reserve the right to terminate these services at any time or pursuant to the Candidates terms and conditions and employers Service Agreements or to refuse the Services to the parties without the requirement to provide reasons.

These Terms (as may be amended form time to time) shall, upon registration continue in full force and effect until terminated pursuant to these Terms or the terms and conditions for Candidates or an Employers service or framework agreement (which will then take precedence).

You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving at least 5 days’ notice by email whereupon any details we hold of you shall be removed from the Site as soon as reasonably practicable. Any introductions made prior to such information being removed shall constitute a formal introduction by us to an Employer, whereupon a commission payment will be due pursuant to the terms of the service/framework agreement between us and an Employer. 

Following termination of this agreement and or a Candidates terms and conditions or Employers framework/service agreement you shall have no further right to access the Site or make uses of the Services.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the contents of the Site, sub-sites and the Services and name, trademarks, logos, domain names and/or other brand names from time to time.

By submitting information to us for use on the Site you grant us the right to use such information as may be best used to fulfil our objective in the Services and you grant us a world-wide sub-licence and royalty free licence to use such material in any way we deem fit to carry out the Service.

We undertake to comply with all relevant copyright and data protection laws/regulations as may be amended from time to time in providing the Services.

We make no warranties, express or implied (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) in relation to the Site or Services and disclaim all and any liability for the accuracy, completeness, and operability of the information provided and its display on the Site or sub sites. Such limitation shall apply to the fullest extent allowed by the operation of law.

We shall be under no liabilities arising out of and direct or indirect loss, injury, consequential (including loss of profit, whether incurred directly or indirectly, any loss of data arising in or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Site or the Services including but without limitation to your use of the Site and/or Services; changes to or inaccessibility or termination of the Site and/or Services; any delay and/or failure to access or input data/information; any agreement reached via the use of the Site and/or Services; any data/information from a third party accessed on or through the Site and/or Services.

Should you be dissatisfied with the Site or Services you should discontinue from using the Site and Services subject to the parties obligation under a Service Agreement or Candidates Terms and Conditions. 

Notwithstanding the above you should endeavour to advise us of any dissatisfaction so we might investigate the same and come to an accord prior to any termination of use of the Site and use of the Services.

You undertake to indemnify us and our directors, shareholders, agents and employees against any legal action, debt demand, costs or otherwise asserted by a third party arising or related to, the information you provide to us, any breach of these Terms by you or any violation by you of the rights of another.

 Youl agree to and shall keep confidential any information you may become party to concerning ownership, beneficial ownership and any other confidential information concerning the yacht(s) and Employers/Candidates introduced to).

No provisions of these Terms and Conditions are intended, nor shall they be interpreted, to provide or create any third party rights.

These Terms constitutes the general statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to the Site and the Services and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, statements and understandings, whether oral or written, concerning the Site and Services save when an employer executes a service/framework Agreement with us or a Candidate executes the Candidates terms and conditions upon registration,  following which if a dispute as to the agreements or any terms therein and these Terms those agreements shall take precedence.

These Terms shall be subject to English law and jurisdiction and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales to settle any disputes. 






The YACHTii website enables the Candidate/Employer to communicate with the Us or to post information to be accessed by others. The website also includes an intergrated online payment system with Brain Tree a Paypal Company.

We will log personal data of the Candidate/Employer upon registration on the website and may use cookies to store personal data or link information stored in cookies with personal data about specific candidates to enable technical administration of the website and data collection.

We may collect the personal data that the Candidate and details of potential employment opportunities from Employers provided upon registration but will only use this information for the purpose of identifying suitable employment opportunities with potential Employers.  All Candidates must be 18 years or older.  We doe not knowingly collect personal data from minors and shall take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy of children. 

We shall disclose Candidates personal data (as such is applicable) to our registered Employers and our employees (who are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the Candidates’ personal data).

Candidates/Employers are provided with the option of using a secure transmission method to send us  their personal/yacht  data and we have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and  unlawful destruction  or accidental loss.  Personal data shall not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.

The Candidate/Employer can contact us on to obtain a full breakdown of data/information held.  The Candidate/Employer may request some or all personal/yacht data is modified, updated or deleted however this may reflect on the service we can provide.
